(AmericanProsperity.com) – President Donald Trump has declared Biden’s last-minute pardons for the January 6 committee members and other political foes completely void.
The bombshell announcement hinges on President Trump’s discovery that Biden used an autopen to sign the documents.

This suggests that the cognitively declining Biden might not even have been aware of the pardons issued in his name.
President Trump took to Truth Social to issue a forceful declaration that nullified Biden’s desperate attempt to shield his political allies from justice.
The pardons, which covered the nine House select committee members who investigated the January 6 Capitol protests, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Hunter Biden, and others, were part of Biden’s last-ditch efforts before leaving office.
President Trump wrote:
“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen.”
The president’s declaration sends a clear message that the committee members who led what many view as a partisan witch hunt against him will not escape accountability.
The January 6 committee members, including anti-Trump Republicans Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, along with Democrats Adam Schiff, Bennie Thompson, and others, could now face high-level investigations without the protection they thought they had secured.
The controversial pardons came after Biden had already commuted sentences for approximately 2,500 drug offenders and pardoned his own son Hunter, who faced multiple federal charges.
Conservative legal experts have raised serious questions about whether a president can issue pardons using an autopen without direct knowledge of the documents being signed.
President Trump warned:
“Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.”
The Oversight Project, affiliated with the Heritage Foundation, has already challenged the legitimacy of Biden’s pardons by citing evidence of autopen use.
This forensic examination of signatures could become crucial in any legal challenge to these pardons and raises serious constitutional questions about the limits of the presidential pardon power.
While aboard Air Force One, President Trump acknowledged that the ultimate decision on the validity of these pardons “will be up to a court.”
However, his administration is clearly preparing to challenge what many see as Biden’s abuse of the pardon power to protect his political allies from accountability.
President Trump also suggested the committee members themselves may have orchestrated the pardons “without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!”
This accusation highlights concerns many have had about who was really making decisions during Biden’s time in office.
