(AmericanProsperity.com) – Democrats had officially won the majority in the Senate after incumbent Raphael Warnock (D-GA) defeated his Republican contender, Herschel Walker, in the state’s runoff election. However, the Left didn’t get to enjoy the major win for long as Senator Kyrsten Sinema announced she was no longer a member of the Democratic party. The move has drawn criticism from other members of the party such as the prominent Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).
Not once in this long soliloquy does Sinema offer a single concrete value or policy she believes in. She lays out no goals for Arizonans, no vision, no commitments.

AOC took to Twitter to blast Sinema, declaring that the-now Independent Senator didn’t offer her constituents any solid policies or values in the announcement that she’s leaving the Democratic party. The New York Representative said Sinema didn’t lay out any goals, commitments, or vision for Arizona voters before asserting “people deserve more.”
The New York Democrat’s frustration comes after Sinema announced she was leaving the party to become an Independent. The Arizona Senator has long been one of the most centrist members among her progressive peers since beginning her term back in 2019. Sinema, along with Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), has been a deciding factor for many items in President Biden’s agenda.
Sinema joined Jake Tapper of CNN to explain why she decided to leave the Democratic party. In her own words, the Arizona Independent declared her belief that, like many others, she doesn’t “fit neatly into one party’s box or the other.”
