Desperate AOC Hatches Crazy Plot

(AmericanProsperity.com) – The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, a landmark ruling granting women a federal right to abortion, has led to Democrats attacking the institution. While some are suggesting more drastic measures such as expanding and packing the court, others are taking a more legal approach. US Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Ted Lieu (D-CA) are urging the upper chamber of Congress to determine whether or not Justices on the Supreme Court bench lied during their confirmation hearings.

Naturally, AOC and Lieu are targeting the conservative Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Niel Gorsuch, claiming they lied to the Senate. The Democrats sent a letter to Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), asserting Congress “must call out their actions for what they were before the moment passes ”to prevent them from happening in the future and damaging the “rule of law” and “fundamental rights.”

We cannot allow Supreme Court nominees lying and/or misleading the Senate under oath to go unanswered.

Both GOP & Dem Senators stated SCOTUS justices misled them. This cannot be accepted as precedent.

The two justices were part of the 5-4 majority that ruled in favor of overturning Roe v. Wade. AOC and Lieu are claiming both Kavanaugh and Gorsuch were dishonest when they described the 1973 ruling as “precedent.” Did the two conservative Justices lie to the Senate under oath?
