(AmericanProsperity.com) – Stuntman Taraja Ramsess, who was part of Marvel movies Avengers and Black Panther, died in a car crash along with three of his children on October 31. Newborn daughter Fugibo Ramsess, 13-year-old daughter Sundari Ramsess, and 10-year-old son Kisasi Ramsess died with his father in a car accident near a ramp on Interstate 20 in Dekalb County, Georgia. Another 3-year-old daughter who was also in the vehicle survived.
As reported by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the stunt actor was driving a Ford F-150 with his children on Halloween night when he crashed with a tractor-trailer. While Kisasi and the 3-year-old girl were found alive and were immediately transferred to a hospital, only the daughter survived. However, she’s currently in serious condition.
Different investigations revealed that Ramsess was driving his pickup truck and took one of the Interstate 20’s exit ramps where a tractor-trailer was damaged. Ramsess wasn’t able to dodge the tractor-trailer and collided directly with it.
The 41-year-old stuntman worked in Hollywood and made numerous appearances that made him one of the most famous stunt actors in the industry. According to IMBD, Ramsess also worked as a set dresser in the art department on nearly 50 projects. These included the blockbuster hit The Hunger Games, which won multiple awards.
Following his death, numerous Hollywood sites and workers paid tribute to the stuntman and even set up a GoFundMe for his wife and mother. The fundraiser has raised nearly $85,000 so far. The GoFundMe said that Taraja and his children brought “joy and happiness” to the lives of many people. It added that the 10-year-old boy Kisasi was surrounded by his family during the time he spent in the hospital.
In an Instagram post, the stuntman’s mother Akili Ramsess said that every person who met her son knew he was a kind and special person who always cared for everyone. She added that, in addition to movies, his main passions were motorcycles and martial arts. She said she couldn’t believe her son and grandchildren died in such a tragic manner.
