Jackson Women’s Health Organization, indicating the high court is likely to overturn Roe v. Wade. The move would allow states to make their own decisions on abortion, leading to panic among Democrats looking to preserve abortion access. The White House is considering the possibility of declaring a public health emergency in order to undermine the Supreme Court’s decision if it does overturn Roe v. Wade. The move would grant Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) the ability to suspend medical licensing at the state level, allowing for doctors from blue states to go into areas where lawmakers have banned abortion to perform the operation. The New York Times noted the administration would likely face legal challenges.

The move shouldn’t come as a surprise as President Biden asserted during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel that he would explore and exhaust any and all options to preserve abortion access.

The White House has come up with one invasive idea, which is to send abortionists to military bases and other federal facilities stationed in states outlawing abortion; the left-wing lawmakers insist that because these locations are autonomous zones for state laws, the procedure is legally safe within their confines. The president is looking to use executive power to directly undermine a Supreme Court decision. How will the public feel about this?
