Biden Appeared At Democratic National Convention With His Daughter

(AmericanProsperity.com) – Joe Biden showed up to the Democratic National Convention alongside his daughter Ashley and shared some special moments.

There were more than twenty thousand people there that applauded and roared in excitement around Joe Biden’s appearance. They chanted and held signs saying “We Love Joe!” The president approached the lectern, smiling and pointing into the crowd. The cheering continued on for almost five minutes and it was a special moment that many people knew wouldn’t happen again.

Nancy Pelosi was one of the people who held a sign saying “Thank You Joe.” She was the former speaker of the House of Representatives, and was also one of the individuals in the Democratic Party who pushed for Biden to step down from the presidential election.

When asked if her friendship with Biden would survive, she replied, “I hope so. I pray so. I cry so… I lose sleep on it, yeah.”

This convention wasn’t exactly how Biden planned it to be since he had to step down from the presidential nomination. However, Biden was still the opening act for the convention on Monday.

Donald Trump said, “They are throwing him out on the Monday Night Stage, known as Death Valley.”

The situation regarding the president is hard, because it shows that politics don’t stop for anyone and proves how precious time is.

“I’ve got five months left in my presidency,” he said at the Democratic Convention. “I’ve got a lot to do. I intend to get it done. It’s been the honor of my lifetime to serve as your president. I love the job, but I love my country more.”
