BREAKING: Multi-State Alert

Breaking News text on world map background.

(AmericanProsperity.com) – The Biden-Harris administration’s lax border policies are not just endangering our southern border: they are threatening our dinner tables and putting families at risk.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has sounded the alarm on illegally imported meat and poultry products from Myanmar, distributed across nine states.

These products lack proper USDA inspection marks, raising serious concerns about their safety for American consumers.

The alert covers various canned and vacuum-sealed items with names like “BEST BEEF CURRY” and “BEST Chicken Biryani.”

These products have been distributed to retail locations in Arizona, California, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas, putting millions of American families at potential risk.

FSIS officials discovered this threat during routine surveillance at a retailer. The agency revealed that it is “continuing to investigate how these products entered the country.”

Additionally, the agency wrote that it “is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ pantries and on retailers’ shelves. Retailers who have purchased the products are urged not to sell them.”

“Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase,” it added.

This alert follows a string of major food safety issues that have plagued American consumers in recent months.

BrucePac recently recalled nearly 12 million pounds of meat products due to listeria contamination, affecting over 200 schools across 17 states.

Other recalls have hit household names like Boar’s Head, TreeHouse Foods and McDonald’s.

For those worried about potential illness, authorities recommend that they contact a healthcare provider immediately.
