While these do vary from state to state, even the far-Left CNN admitted that Democrats have a “kryptonite” when it comes to the upcoming midterms.
On Tuesday, July 6, CNN Editor-at-Large Chris Cillizza confirmed that Republicans have found the Democrat’s greatest weakness that could give the Right control of Congress once again. That issue? Crime.
In his article on Monday, July 5, Cillizza referenced an opinion piece by Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) that told “radical socialists” it was time to bring back “law and order, respect their fellow man…and realize that their calls to defund the police are dangerous and foolish.” The CNN editor highlighted that many Americans see rising crime rates and are echoing the Senator’s sentiments. This could sway some moderate voters towards conservative candidates who support local police forces in 2022.

As Democrats continue to push their “defund the police” rhetoric, more Americans are seeing crime rates rise in their communities. These same Americans are the ones who will head to the polls in 2022 to keep their families and communities safe for years to come.
