FBI Finds PROOF – Famous Actor Could Lose Everything
(AmericanProsperity.com) – Nearly a year has passed since the tragic and untimely death of Halyna Hutchins. The cinematographer succumbed to an apparent firearm accident on the set of “Rust,” and Alec Baldwin had the weapon in his hand when it discharged. The actor was attempting to distance himself from the situation, even going so far as to claim he never pulled the trigger. However, a report from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), after 10 months of looking into the shooting, refutes that statement.
The FBI has concluded that Alec Baldwin must have fired the gun normally on the set of 'Rust' — which took Halyna Hutchins' life … this according to a new report. https://t.co/JCXOmyqi72

According to a forensic report ABC News obtained from the bureau, there’s no possible way the firearm involved in the shooting could’ve accidentally discharged. The gun Baldwin had in his hand was a single-action revolver, meaning the trigger had to be pulled for it to shoot. Tactical experts agree this type of weapon generally requires between four and six pounds of pressure in order to fire. Simple handling alone, even with light pressure on the grip, isn’t enough.
The FBI hasn’t filed any charges, and the New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator has ruled the cinematographer’s death an accident. Even if prosecutors don’t pursue a murder case, Baldwin could still face a criminal court for manslaughter.
The actor and producing team of “Rust” are currently facing civil action. The victim’s family is demanding compensation for emotional and physical damages.
