GOP Wants Tlaib Banned from Security Briefings on Israel

(AmericanProsperity.com) – According to a Fox News October 19 report, Michigan Democratic Representative Rashida Tlaib is currently facing a demand for her ousting from the next classified briefings on military operations in Israel. As reported by the conservative network, this situation took place after the Democratic leader decided to side with the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas over the White House concerning the explosion at the al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza.

In a letter obtained by Fox News, Texas Republican Representative Ronny Jackson accused the radical left-wing politician of “spreading misinformation.” He explained that the latest example of this act was repeating Hamas’ claims that the Jewish state was solely responsible for the explosion that killed many civilians. Officials from the Israeli and US intelligence services have repeatedly said that the explosion was caused by a rocket that Hamas shot from Gaza.

In the letter, which Jackson wrote to Pro Tempore House Speaker Patrick McHenry from North Carolina and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries from New Jersey, he accused Tlaib of being a supporter of the Palestinian terrorist group. He also claimed he formally demanded that the “Squad” member is not allowed to participate in any classified briefing not only about Israel’s military operations but also about its self-defense efforts. Jackson added that Tlaib shouldn’t be part of any briefing involving American military movements in the Middle East.

When explaining his reasons, the Texas Republican representative said that no one should allow “Hamas sympathizers” to serve as a “mouthpiece for Palestinian terrorists.” He also criticized Tlaib for refusing to condemn the attacks committed by this terrorist group and choosing to spread Hamas’ misinformation in the United States House of Representatives.

Finally, Jackson pointed out the congresswoman’s alliance lies with the terrorist group, which makes her unable to be trusted with sensitive information that could eventually put Israeli and American lives “at risk.” He closed his letter demanding that security clearance be immediately revoked.
