(AmericanProsperity.com) – Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign has launched a ninety million dollar advertisement budget effort specifically for battleground states to promote herself to voters. This is in an attempt to contrast with her Republican opponent, Donald Trump.
This is Kamala Harris’ largest campaign investment yet as they strive to push their messaging just two months before the election takes place. Last month her campaign spent fifty million dollars on ads right after Harris replaced Joe Biden as the Democratic nominee.
This push for more campaigning and advertisements is to amp up competition with Donald Trump and his campaign, which he has invested in substantially.
Harris’ team has been focusing on her personal narrative, her commitment to standing up for the interests of the people, and her prior career as a prosecutor in California. They have stated that they will contrast Trump’s “dangerous, extreme agenda.”
This recent ad revenue for seven different battleground states will help to expand her spending to smaller markets that they haven’t reached yet. They are also targeting specific shows to put her ads in such as “Big Brother,” “The Simpsons,” “The Bachelorette,” and “The Daily Show.”
Quentin Fulks, the Harris campaign’s principal deputy manager, said that the more people learn about Harris, the more they will come to understand that she’s “the only candidate fit to lead our country over the next four years.”
This particular campaign intends to help “break through a crowded media environment early and make clear the choice and stakes of this election for the voters who will decide it,” according to Fulks.
