(AmericanProsperity.com) – A reporter went to Karine Jean-Pierre and asked if the White House was starting the transition process. Pierre responded with “Why? Are you trying to kick us out already?”
Joe Biden, who is eighty-one years old, is having more quiet days and less in-the-press moments since his decision to take a step out of the presidential race amid losing support from Democratic voters. Vice President Kamala Harris has been busy traveling across the country and speaking to crowds, while we haven’t been seeing much of President Biden.
Jean-Pierre did say that they are “recalibrating” after Biden’s decisions to step out of the presidential race and endorse Kamala Harris instead. “We are trying to figure out what the next six months are going to look like,” she said. “Just give us a beat.”
Biden’s break from the spotlight may look like he’s not taking his position seriously anymore or he’s not active in his presidential duties. However, his job since moving away from election campaigns has been cementing his legacy and ensuring that Harris wins the presidential election.
He is also focusing on keeping money flowing into multiple legislative actions that he did early in his term, which could be compromised if Donald Trump takes office. He has recently helped with the prisoner swap with Russia that released Wall Street Journal journalist Evan Gershkovich. He is now focusing on the war with Israel and Hamas to come up with a viable solution for both sides since they haven’t been able to come up with a solution.
Although we aren’t seeing Joe Biden much in the press, he’s still active behind the scenes and has been working on how he will set up the government for whoever takes office next.
