(AmericanProsperity.com) – President Joe Biden’s numbers have been falling for months with no indication of making a comeback in the foreseeable future. In addition, the president has made some bad decisions, leading Americans to disapprove of the job he’s doing. Still, nothing can take away from the shock factor of a recent poll.
A recent I&I/TIPP poll shows that only 22% of the country wants to see Biden run for president again in 2024. Truly astonishing numbers. While America expects Republicans to disapprove of President Biden, the devil is in the details.

The I&I/TIPP poll indicates that just 8% of Republicans and 13% of conservatives want Biden to run again, but they’re not the only ones who feel the president’s job performance is lacking. In fact, only 24% of moderates want to see Biden on the 2024 ticket, while only 8% of independents think he should run again.
The real shock comes from liberals and Democrats, where Biden doesn’t seem to fare much better. Only 37% of Democrats would like to see the president make a re-election bid, while 34% of liberals feel the same way.
These are troubling numbers for a party that doesn’t have a front-running candidate for the 2024 election if Biden doesn’t seek re-election. The numbers also spell trouble for Democrats in the midterm elections as a president’s performance often closely relates to their party’s performance.
