(AmericanProsperity.com) – As a response to Kamala Harris’ sagging poll rates across battleground states, Michelle Obama is set to lead a voter turnout rally in Atlanta on October 29.
The Democrat’s move has been described as a scheme to manipulate young and minority voters, potentially swaying the outcome in the crucial battleground state of Georgia.
Organized by Obama’s “nonpartisan” group When We All Vote, the rally is a thinly veiled attempt to boost support for Harris.
Despite claiming nonpartisanship, the event’s timing and location reveal its true intentions – to give Harris an edge in a state known for competitive races.
When We All Vote was founded by Obama in 2018 and claims to focus on “changing the culture around voting.”
However, this seemingly innocent mission statement masks a more sinister goal: to shift attitudes and stimulate participation among those less active in political discourse, primarily targeting younger, first-time voters and voters of color.
The rally’s co-chairs include a list of liberal Hollywood elites and sports figures, such as Stephen Curry, Jennifer Lopez and Tom Hanks.
This star-studded lineup is an attempt to use celebrity influence to sway young voters who may be easily impressed by fame rather than substantive policy discussions.
“The goal is to take the energy and momentum at the rally to the ballot box,” said Beth Lynk, executive director of When We All Vote.
Choosing Atlanta as the rally location is no coincidence. The city has a diverse electorate, including significant Black, Asian American and Latino communities, which makes it a prime target for the left’s identity politics playbook.
By focusing on college students in the Atlanta metropolitan area, the Democrats hope to exploit young voters’ idealism and inexperience.
“Something that we have been hearing from young voters is that a lot of people don’t believe that their votes have power. But they do, plain and simple,” Lynk stated.
Michelle Obama’s involvement in this rally is particularly suspect. Although she claims to dislike politics, she continues to leverage her popularity to influence elections.
Her previous campaigns for Hillary Clinton in 2016 and support for Joe Biden in 2020 showcase a pattern of using her celebrity status to sway voters toward Democrat candidates.
