(AmericanProsperity.com) – Ongoing investigations into the 2016 presidential election and Russia’s influence on it has left many Americans with more questions than answers. Fred Fleitz, the National Security Council chief of staff, shed some light on the latest developments regarding Hillary Clinton’s involvement in a recent op-ed.
Fleitz’s editorial was published by Fox News on Thursday, October 1. In it, he praises John Ratcliffe, the Director of National Intelligence, for delivering a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday. It outlined a probable scheme from presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to defer the negative attention from her email scandal towards the Trump campaign.
Fleitz questioned how Obama officials, cabinet members, and the Senate Intelligence Committee all knew about how Hillary utilized Russian disinformation to various extents, yet did nothing about the collusion hoax. In addition, he questions former FBI Director James Comey’s convenient memory lapse surrounding the situation.
House Representative Lee Zeldin (R-NY) prods this question further:
If @Comey supposedly writes EVERYTHING down and is so brilliant, how does he have just about ZERO recall of ANY misconduct that is now widely, publicly known that happened under his watch launching the Trump-Russia collusion probe?
It doesn't add up. Not even close.

Fleitz ends his op-ed calling out former Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee Richard Burr (R-NC) for allowing Vice Chairman Mark Warner (D-VA) to lead the committee and likely cover up this scandal.
Americans must demand the truth be revealed as more facts come out in this investigation. The citizens need to be properly notified in order to make informed decisions about our politicians, both in the upcoming election and regarding their job performance.
