New Updates Are Here in the JonBenet Ramsey Murder Case

SHOCKING Updates Released In Child Murder Case That Gripped The Nation In The 90s

( – The 1996 murder of 6-year-old JonBenét Ramsey gripped the nation. Someone sexually assaulted and killed the child in her home sometime between Christmas night and December 26. Nearly 30 years later, it’s still one of the most talked about crimes of the century. Now, there’s a new push to solve the case.

On July 25, the victim’s brother, John Andrew Ramsey, appealed to Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) and asked him to allow Parabon NanoLabs, an independent lab, to test the DNA evidence in the case.

CeCe Moore, the Virginia-based lab’s chief genetic genealogist, spoke about the Ramsey case on July 24 in an interview on Australian “60 Minutes.” The expert claimed it could take her team just a few hours to identify the person whose DNA was left at the crime scene.

The little girl’s brother isn’t the only one who wants independent testing conducted on the genetic material. John Ramsey, the father, has previously stated that he would pursue legal action to force police to allow another lab to test it. On July 28, he told Fox News Digital that there have been instances where families have forced departments to “turn over the evidence and move on.” Ramsey explained that will be his “next step” if he doesn’t see the progress he wants.

Do you think Boulder, Colorado police should hand the evidence over to an independent lab?
