(AmericanProsperity.com) – Politicians often try to hide any negative aspects of their lives that could damage their public image. After all, no one wants to hire a crook who seemingly only cares about themselves. But unfortunately, in the case of Nancy Pelosi’s Transportation nominee, it appears she doesn’t care about much.
The 84-year-old Eleanor Holmes Norton is the Speaker of the House’s top candidate for the Transportation Committee’s chairperson. A nomination to that position must mean Holmes is a transportation expert. Well, maybe not so much.
Thomas Massie, US Representative (R-KY), tweeted a viral video of Norton repeatedly crashing her car into another parked vehicle. If that wasn’t bad enough, she parked her van completely wrong, blocking the car she’d struck from leaving. To top it all off, Norton didn’t so much as leave a note for the owner of the car. Instead, she just walked away as if nothing had happened.

Massie pointed out that Norton was Pelosi’s pick to head the Transportation Committee. Is Norton a person you would want heading a committee of that nature? The nominee should at least be aware of how to park a vehicle properly and how to handle hitting a parked car. Will Pelosi still choose Norton to chair the committee?
