(AmericanProsperity.com) – Thankfully, voter intimidation is illegal all across the US. While many leaders protect the right of Americans to peaceful polling, some did not experience it. In Cape Cod, Massachusetts, a man was charged with assault and battery after he attacked a Trump supporter at the polls.
Around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, Bladen Tisdell, a 32-year-old man, drove by the Osterville Fire Station, a polling location, in his truck. He shouted at a 69-year-old man holding a Trump sign. Then, Tisdell got out of his vehicle, threw the sign on the ground, shook, shoved the man, and left.
Police quickly located Tisdell nearby in his pickup truck and released him on personal recognizance. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, November 4. The charges include assault and battery on a person over 60 years old and disorderly conduct. Journalist Mike Saccone shares more:

Thankfully, no one was injured in this altercation. Police were able to quickly assist by establishing the facts and bringing justice to the situation. Having community responders able to arrive at the drop of a hat to ensure our safety is a privilege we should all hold dear — no matter what our political affiliations may be.
