SPLC Pushes the Boundaries of What's Acceptable Material for Children

Justice Law Group Is Targeting Children In The Most Vulgar Way

(AmericanProsperity.com) – Children’s learning content has been a hot-button topic for years. The radical Left has pushed to have sexual orientation, transgenderism, and other forms of sex education taught to kids, sometimes as young as kindergarteners. Meanwhile, Republicans have battled back against the idea like Ron DeSantis has in Florida. A Southern Poverty Law Center project (SPLC) called Learning for Justice recently promoted the idea of teaching kids these topics in schools.

The SPLC Learning for Justice recently posted a guide for elementary school educators called the “Best Practices for Serving LGBTQ Students.” The project suggests a sexually explicit book and talks about pronouns, policies regarding cross-sex sports and bathrooms, and sex ed.

The book the guide recommends is titled, “Sex is a Funny Word,” written by Cory Silverberg, a leader in the Left’s sexual education movement and founder of a “beginner’s sex store.” Learning for Justice offers a description of the book, claiming it’s “less controversial” than it sounds, and declares it an “essential” way to learn about gender, sexuality, and bodies for young kids.

Proponents may play the work off as a tame form of education, but its pages contain sexually explicit content that children don’t need to see. For example, one portion of the “Sex is a Funny Word” is called “Touching Yourself,” and shows a young girl in a bathtub seemingly masturbating and achieving orgasm.

Is this the kind of content you would want your children to learn about in school? Why is the Left pushing so hard for young kids to learn about sex? Certainly, there’s a reason for it.
