Dream Land: Liberal Media Makes Hysterical Claim
(AmericanProsperity.com) – The people hosting ABC’s “The View” are undoubtedly politically biased individuals. Anyone who’s watched the show can tell it pushes leftist ideologies. More of that political bias shined through during a recent airing of “The View” after co-host Sunny Hostin attacked Republicans and claimed Vice President Kamala Harris could defeat former President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election.
Speculating on who could be the GOP nominee in 2024, The View's Sunny Hostin lashes out at "DeathSantis."
"I think he handled COVID miserably. I think he's a fascist and a bigot…Those are his good points."
"I like Gavin Newsom because he's really pretty to look at," she added. pic.twitter.com/RCDxrZnUEs

During a discussion about who could potentially run in 2024, Hostin asserted that she believed Republicans didn’t stand a chance if Harris and Pete Buttigieg, the Secretary of Transportation, ran together in 2024. She declared the pair would even beat out Trump or DeSantis, claiming they have way more brain power. Hostin also insisted California Governor Gavin Newsom would also make a good candidate.
The co-host added it’s not fair to claim Biden is too old to run for president when Trump is only a few years younger. Still, an issue both parties seem to agree on is that they need to find younger candidates with more energy. Hostin stated she hopes Republicans don’t nominate DeSantis, governor of Florida, claiming he’s a fascist and explaining she didn’t like the way he handled COVID-19.
While DeSantis has mentioned his focus is on his re-election as governor, the Republican is exceptionally popular among the GOP, often coming in behind Trump or jumping out in front in straw polls regarding prospects for 2024. He would face a contested pool as several other Republicans, including former Vice President Mike Pence, have announced their intentions to run.
Who will be on the 2024 ticket may be uncertain now, but it’s clear that if Harris and Buttigieg run, they have at least one vote in Hostin.
