Trump Acts to Remove ‘Divisive’ and ‘Anti-American’ Content

Taking a stand for American values, President Trump is ordering the removal of “divisive” and “anti-American” content from federal museums and national parks.

His executive order, “Restoring Truth and Sanity to American History,” aims to ensure that these institutions celebrate the nation’s achievements rather than promote ideologies that paint America as inherently flawed.

The move has patriots cheering as Trump works to restore historical truth that the left has worked tirelessly to distort.

The executive order, signed in a private ceremony, targets the Smithsonian Institution and other federal museums that have increasingly promoted race-centered ideologies.

Trump has tasked Vice President JD Vance with eliminating divisive content from these prestigious institutions, including the National Zoo and the 21 museums that make up the Smithsonian network.

For too long, American taxpayers have funded exhibits that undermine the nation’s legacy and values.

The directive criticizes explicitly exhibits like “The Shape of Power: Stories of Race and American Sculpture” at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, which promotes the controversial view that race is merely a social construct rather than biological reality.

Trump’s order also targets exhibits at the National Museum of African American History and Culture that have characterized values like hard work, individualism, and the nuclear family as aspects of “White culture.”

“Museums in our nation’s capital should be places where individuals go to learn – not to be subjected to ideological indoctrination or divisive narratives that distort our shared history,” Trump declared in his executive order.

The mandate also directs the restoration of federal parks, monuments, memorials, and statues that have been “improperly removed or changed in the last five years to perpetuate a false revision of history.”

This potentially includes the return of Confederate monuments and symbols removed during the riots and unrest of 2020, when radical leftists attacked America’s heritage under the guise of social justice.

Moreover, the American Women’s History Museum will now properly celebrate women’s achievements without the woke agenda that recognizes biological men as women.

This ensures that actual women’s accomplishments won’t be overshadowed by transgender ideology that has dominated leftist cultural institutions.

Likewise, this executive decree continues Trump’s systematic dismantling of the Biden administration’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, which have infected every aspect of government.

The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., recently laid off its entire “social impact team,” reflecting the broader shift away from woke indoctrination in cultural institutions.

With the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence approaching, Trump’s order includes provisions to improve Independence National Historical Park and ensure Americans can properly celebrate the founding without divisive narratives undermining the occasion.

Patriots can rest assured that their tax dollars will no longer fund the rewriting of American history through a lens of division and shame.
