Trump added that the judge “wrote an opinion that is knowingly unlawful, goes against our Constitution, and, if allowed to stand, would be the end of the Presidency as we know it.”
The case in question revolves around a payment made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels during the 2016 election campaign.
Trump’s legal team argued that presidential immunity should apply, shielding him from prosecution for actions taken while in office.
