Exposing the desperate tactics Democrats are using to slander Republicans, a congressman directed his inflammatory rhetoric against conservatives.
Specifically, Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-FL) unleashed a vicious attack on pro-life Republicans during a heated House Rules Committee hearing.
Watch the video down below.
“They say they’re pro-life because they want the baby to be born, go to school and get shot in the school. Die in the school, die in the streets,” Frost declared, drawing immediate backlash from GOP committee members.
Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC) quickly reprimanded the Democrat, saying, “You’ve gone over the cliff. We are all going to be quiet now.”
When given the opportunity to walk back his outrageous statement, Frost doubled down, responding defiantly, “I meant every word.”
The confrontation escalated when Rep. Austin Scott (R-GA) moved to strike Frost’s comments from the official record.
Foxx defended pro-life Americans, telling Frost: “You are not going to come into this room and impugn our integrity. We are pro-life people from conception to natural death…Don’t you dare come up in here and say we want to preserve life so we can get shot.”
The Democrat’s comments reveal the left’s increasingly desperate strategy to distract from their failed policies that have led to rising crime rates in Democrat-run cities across America.
Rather than addressing the root causes of violence, Democrats like Frost prefer to attack law-abiding gun owners and pro-life Americans who simply want to protect both the unborn and constitutional freedoms.
The heated exchange took place during a discussion of an amendment to restore gun rights provisions in President Donald Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill.”
The legislation would ease regulations on gun accessories and short-barreled firearms that millions of Americans own for home defense.
Before serving in Congress, Frost was an anti-gun activist who opposed Florida legislation allowing teachers to be armed in schools.
The measure was envisioned to save children’s lives during an active shooter situation.
His radical position on disarming Americans while leaving schools vulnerable exemplifies the backward priorities of today’s Democrat Party.
Despite Frost’s offensive comments, Foxx ultimately decided not to strike them from the record, ensuring Americans can see for themselves the contempt many Democrats hold for anyone who does not conform to their norms.
Rep. Maxwell Well Frost makes a sickening accusation that Republicans are pro-life only to let "the baby be born, go to school and get shot in the school."
