A recent allegation around Donald Trump Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa Trump has emerged, which includes Melania. Despite the thus far successful marriages of Trump’s other two children, Eric and Ivanka, Trump Jr. has not been as lucky, but that might be because of his behavior.
In 2012, Jr. reportedly cheated on Vanessa with Aubrey O’Day. The two met on the set of Celebrity Apprentice, where Don Jr. was an “advisor.” The two of them were working together and began an affair. O’Day claims that she thought his marriage was over and claimed that they both thought they were soulmates. Despite the infidelity, the Trumps were expecting their third child and their relationship lasted for another few years.
Friends of Vanessa alleged that Don Jr. also kept her on a tight budget and treated her like a “second-class citizen.” But Vanessa was warned by Melania, according to Us Weekly.
“The Trump men are one and the same—vain and power-hungry,” Melania allegedly told her, adding that giving Don Jr. an ultimatum would end badly for her because he would choose “power.” The remark comes as a surprise to many given the former first lady’s public appearance. In 2016, while on the campaign trail, she once praised her husband as “the leader” in 2016 and told MSNBC host Joe Scarborough that she enjoyed “an amazing relationship” with Trump.
Melania’s silence indicates that she is not involved in Trump’s political circus and a source confirmed that fact to People, adding that “it is not comfortable for her” to engage. After the alleged hush money payments to Stormy Daniels resurfaced, Melania was reportedly upset and surrounded herself with people who do not talk about what is going on.
